Singer 2Baba (Innocent Idibia) and his ex-wife, actress Annie Idibia, have refollowed each other on Instagram, amid the singer's alleged marital crisis with his new wife, Natasha Osawaru, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly.

The development follows a reported confrontation between 2Baba and Natasha over the weekend at the opening of the "90s Lounge" nightclub in Abuja, where 2Baba was billed to perform at Faze's event. According to accounts circulating online, Natasha arrived at the venue with security personnel and other men, approaching the singer's vehicle before police intervened. A source close to 2Baba's management alleged Natasha and the men with her attempted to abduct the singer. Following the incident, 2Baba reportedly told Natasha he was no longer interested in continuing their relationship.

Checks on Sunday showed 2Baba had unfollowed Natasha on Instagram, though she remained following him. Around the same time, 2Baba refollowed Annie, and Annie refollowed him back — a notable reversal, since the pair had unfollowed each other after 2Baba announced the end of their 13-year marriage in January 2025. He married Natasha in a traditional ceremony that July.

Annie added fuel to the speculation with a cryptic Instagram post the same day, sharing a carousel captioned "SAME IDEA, DIFFERENT DESIGNS," comparing a mousetrap, a bear trap, and a diamond engagement ring.
